I am known amongst my peers as ‘the passionate Italian chef”, but they are only half right. The truth is that I prefer the term artist. I don’t just cook food, I create it, and give it a life of its own. My gourmet food compliments itself, each flavour ‘woos’ and flirts with another, until their combinations are melting in your mouth.
A little poetic, but this is how I discover and experience food, and this is how I want you to do the same.
This passion, enthusaism and curiosity for food and flavours is why Michelin Starred Restaurant Mugaritz chose me for chef shortly after graduating from Le Cordon Bleu school in London. Providing me with one of the best experiences of my life.
Following this, I was taken on by the world’s top restaurant, Osteria Francescana. I have since developed and taken my experience and expertise into further Michelin starred restaurants, Buckingham Palace and VIP events, as well around the world, learning and practicing new techniques and cultures including Asian and Indian.
Some VIPs I’ve had the pleasure to cook for are: the English Royal Family, Roger Waters, Chelsea Football Team, Eminem, Millie Mackintosh, Professor Green, Mark Evans, etc..
I have usual costumers in Dubai, Miami and Spain. I would love to continue to build my “Countries Curriculum” and continue to travel around the world. communicating my passion and love for food.
