On the 23rd February I will realise a gourmet Supper Club with the Olive Oil Company Filippo Berio.
We chose a fantastic location next to Westbourne Park (W9): Maida Hill Place.
I will be serving an exquisite menu and there will be just few seats available.

Aperitivo:
“Spritz” with Pineapple Air
Salmon, with roe and wild Leaves over a “Crostino”
Starter:
Burrata, Red Chicory and Anchovies
Main Course:
Open Raviolo with Seafood and Fennel
Dessert:
Pandoro’s Torrija and Cinnamon Ice Cream
